We’ve recently upgraded our HVAC system to include medical grade HEPA filters to clean the air. We mop and disinfect the rooms after each class and have strict cleaning protocols for our restrooms and showers. We’ve designed our facilities to be as safe and inclusive as possible. We've got rentals for all of your needs: Manduka brand mats and mat towels, face towels for practice, and shower towels for after class. We have personal lockers for you to use (bring your own lock or rent one of ours). When you enter, please remove your shoes and leave them in the cubbies at the front. While the hot room is a silent space, don't be afraid to ask questions before or after class - that's what we're here for! THE SPACE Let your instructor know if you have any health concerns. Light, sweat-wicking fabrics are best for a heated practice. Stay hydrated before, during, and after class - we’ve got water, coconut water, and hydrating Ultima packets for purchase. New to yoga? Try our signature styles, the Allumen Roots and Flow classes. We've got a little something for everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis, so be sure to check out our schedule. A little different than what you're used to? You'll soon find the quiet before class and after Savasana is a treasured part of your practice!Īnd while we honor silence in the studios, we encourage chatting in the lobby! Making friends is one of the best parts of belonging to a yoga community. The hot rooms are silent spaces, which means no talking or cell phone use. Tried hot yoga before and didn't like it? Give our hot rooms a go - you'll find the radiant heat from infrared is much nicer for the body and mind! (Think more beach-y, less stifling.) The infrared panels combined with humidifiers to combat the dry Colorado air will give you the hottest, juiciest practice in town. Since we use infrared panels that heat the body instead of the room, you can expect to find a cleaner, more even hot experience. Our hot rooms are heated to 100☏ using Enerjoy infrared panels.
